After 4 years then I realised that it was actually RE-SIT the exam. Not RESEAT! Haha. Ignore it. I am too lazy to correct the mistakes =P

 Assalamualaikum & salam sejahtera...

Hai korang, budak pandai!

Dah lebih 5 tahun aku tak post pape kat sini. Sebab 2017 start Housemanship. Busy kan hehehe. Alhamdulillah passed Housemanship on time after 2 years. Started floating for 6 months, then transferred to new workplace atas arahan 'Penempatan Sementara Pegawai Perubatan Kontrak'. It was a long 5-year-journey. I could say too many things happened in this 5 years.

To summarised~

May 2017 - May 2019: Housemanship in Hospital Putrajaya
May 2019 - Nov 2019: Floating at Hospital Putrajaya
Nov 2019 - Feb 2021: Transferred to Sabak Bernam, working in Klinik Kesihatan (LDR life)
Mac 2021 - Aug 2021 : Applied transfer to Sepang, became PIC of PPV for 6 months
Sep 2021 : Tender resigned from KKM
Oct 2022 - current : Became PIC of a private clinic in Putrajaya :)

Alhamdulillah after one year practiced as a general practitioner, I have published my own notebook! I will called it as Handbook for General Practitioners ;)

[ZAITI'S CONCISE NOTES ON GP APPROACH]

Why I decided to publish this book?

Nowadays so many young doctors with or without primary care experiences interested to venture into general practices either as a resident or locum. Being the point of first contact with broad of patients’ symptoms in a resource and knowledge constraint situation can be very challenging. To help alleviate the challenges, I have made this book to provide a quick guide to the management of common symptoms encountered in general practices.

However, this book only serves as a guide for the management of some common problems seen in general practice setting. It is not a substitute for clinical judgement or any other clinical practice guidelines.
